You can find this product at your local Supermarket.
Being Gluten Free, Wheat Free and Yeast Free is great news and you only have to add 3 other ingredients.
When baked the Base texture is Scone like, moist not hard or crunchy.
The recipe states you can make 2 x 25cm Pizza Bases, I just made 1 large Base.
My Pizza Topping
- Pesto spread onto the Base
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Roasted Capsicum, sliced
- Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
- Black and Green Olives, sliced
- Goat Feta, crumbled over the top
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- A few Capers, scattered
- Teaspoon Dried Mixed Herbs
- Cracked Pepper and a drizzle of Olive Oil
