Want to try something a little naughty for that sweet treat, something to have when tucked up reading your favourite mag and coffee.
I have something that ticks all the boxes.
You can make this slice to just simply full the tins at home or make to give as a gift.
Trouble is it tastes so good you want to keep it for yourself.
YUMMY CHOCOLATE FUDGE
- 2 cups (Freedom Cereal) Maple Crunch, crushed
- 1/2 cup Coconut
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cocoa
- 3 tablespoons Milk
- 114g Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 handful Sultanas
To crush the Cereal I place this into a plastic bag and bash it with a rolling pin.
Place the Sugar, Cocoa, Butter and Milk into a pot and slowly bring to just boiling.
Take off heat and add Vanilla, Coconut, Cereal and Sultanas.
Stir until well combined and press into a Slice Tin approx 20cmx30cm
ICING
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa
- 2 tablespoons Boiling Water
- 1 tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
Place Cocoa, Butter,Vanilla, Icing Sugar and Boiling Water into a bowl.
Mix and spread over Fudge.
I keep the Fudge in the fridge especially over the hotter months.
