Bakeworks have produced a Gluten Free Bread called Turkish Pide.
It is delicious with a soft texture and so versatile.
There are two portions in each pack which is a bonus and you can find it at your Supermarket.
The Pide is not only Gluten Free but also Egg, Dairy, and Soy Free.
I freeze mine, take out what I need and thaw in the Microwave for about 20 seconds. I slice down the middle and make Chicken, Cucumber, Tomato, Beetroot, Lettuce and Avocado Sandwiches.
Or another handy hint is to slice thickly and place on an Oven Tray .
Put under the Grill and brown slightly, take out and rub with a Clove of Garlic then add your favourite toppings like Cheeses, Salami, Olives, Pesto, Roasted Peppers and Rocket.
Use your imagination, go for it, experiment.
