LSA is short for Ground Linseed, Sunflower, Almond
Healtheries Ground LSA is so good for us all, being rich in Fibre, Fatty Acids and Omega-3.
Most importantly it is Wheat and Gluten Free with No Additives.
It has a sweet nutty flavour and it can be used in almost anything you want.
I add a tablespoon to my Cereal in the morning.
You can use it in your Baking and how about adding a tablespoon to your Smoothie.
