- 1/2 cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Go-Ji Berries

- 1 tablespoon Chai Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Ground Flax Seed (Linseed)
Place Almonds and Walnuts into a Food Processor, pulse until coarsely chopped.
Tip chopped Nuts into a clean Bowl.
Chop Dates, Raisins and Go-Ji Berries in the Processor, or you can chop them up into small pieces with a sharp knife. Add to Bowl.
Now add the Honey, Chai Seeds and Ground Flax Seed to the Bowl, stir well to combine the mixture.
With your fingers pick up the mixture and form into small Balls.
Place on a Tray to set. Once set I store mine in the Fridge in a air tight Container, this helps the Balls to stay firm.
Makes about 12 small-medium Balls.
