Freedom Ancient Grain Flakes are made from Buckwheat and Sorghum.
They are High in Fibre, Low in Salt and Fat, also they are Gluten, Nut and Wheat Free.
Buckwheat and Sorghum is rich in Antioxidants.
I have 1/2 a cup with my Gluten Free Weet-bix for Breakfast, accompanied with warm Milk.
They are delicious and crunchy and most of all they don’t go mushy or soggy.
I haven’t tired them in Baking yet but I guess you could use them just like you would Cornflakes in a Recipe.
I have noticed Freedom have other varieties of Cereals to choose from.
You will find them at your local Supermarket in the Gluten Free area.
