Gluten Free Flour

Edmonds have just put out two new Gluten Free Flour mixes, I found these in the Supermarket.

I have tried the Plain Baking Mix with success.

Also at the same time I saw right next door Laucke Flour have put out an ingredient called Easy Bakers.
