Buckwheat is a nutritious Gluten Free Grain, it’s been around for thousands of years. I didn’t know this but it is actually a Fruit Seed which is related to Rhubarb and Sorrel.
I use Buckwheat for adding flavour and texture to Stir-Fries, Casseroles, Stuffings, Winter and Summer Salads, its nutty flavour is delicious.
I even have 2-3 desserts spoonfuls with warm milk on my Gluten Free Weet-bix for breakfast.
